Dearest eNews readers,
These days there's no lack of stresses and work overloads. I see this not only in the lives of so many of the people around me but also in my own life. So much chaos in the world, so many people facing problems and issues on their personal paths, so many challenges about which Master Morya has been talking for decades are becoming ever more apparent and, indeed, as He so often says, silence is the answer. Not everywhere and all the time, not going off to live in a cave or on an island, but simply finding a few minutes of silence at certain times of the day, a silence devoid of clever thoughts, of instant big ideas and solutions, a silence where, for a while at least, nothing has to happen. A silence in which you can just breathe and be open to Life, to your heart, to yourself.
The last few weeks and months, for the first time I've been managing fairly well in doing what Master Morya has been suggesting all these years - taking a few moments a day to 'do nothing' and observe the silence. And, my goodness, I certainly recommend it to everyone! What Master Morya says is true, silence creates a new order, not only in yourself but also around you, for example in your home. You come out of the silence with a greater eye for beauty, you find solutions to things you may not even have realized were weighing on you, you are living closer to yourself, you break through your own illusions, find your own rhythm, let go of old patterns, have a better realization of what is really important to you, and so forth and so on.
Those few minutes of silence may not immediately appear useful or consequential, they may even feel tedious at the moment, but if you keep on going, have patience and do it regularly, you will see that your life really changes, your inspiration changes and you change. So, do try to find a moment to go into the silence a few times a day and make it a routine or habit. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
With regards from Marie
