Meditation for the full moon of 25th January 2024:

Master Morya,

"When you allow the energy of joy to enter within your heart, you can also direct it. It's a well-known fact that you can share your joy with others. To do this there is no need to write or sing or talk about it, you just have to know it is there and look at people who are not joyful.

As you look at those people who are not joyful, something of your energy goes out to them, call it a kind of compassion, a sense of responsibility, an awareness of how people may suffer and are unable to find their way, as it were. When you live with joy, you give these people's lives significance.

Through their suffering they are sometimes unable to see things as they really are. But if you can stand by them, with the joy in your heart, it will be revelational and, through your joy, they will then try to see things as they really are, for there is no sorrow on this earth that is insensitive to joy.

Each and every sorrow responds to joy. All weariness on this earth, every horror, whatever sorrow there may be, is susceptible to joy. Joy is a magnet, it is what gives this earth shape. The more joy there is, the more beautiful the form will be, and the more difficult it will become to let go of this joy."
