Meditation for the full moon of 24th February 2024:

Master Morya,

"Every now and then it is good to stop and quietly reflect on the beautiful things of daily life. Without hurry, timelessly, without thinking that your life is short. No, it lays in God's hands, your life lays in God's hands. But, you should not forget that the lives of others also lay in God's hands.

It is not necessary to wait for some ultimate moment. Each moment, each second can be of eternal significance, can be very meaningful. Therefore, it is important to dare to live like a light, like a spark of God, like a light that comes from God.

It is important to allow your intuition into your life and not to be frightened of anything and everything…not to be frightened of saying the wrong things, of pointing out the wrong things, of presenting the wrong things, of not being able to say the right things, of having a mistaken insight about a certain thing or a certain person. You don't need to worry about this.

Know that first of all you should try to accept the reality of this Earth, of yourself, of your fellow human beings. It's not that you have to achieve anything, to try to convince the other, to tell the other what he or she should do. No, don't do this. Look to the deeper truth in your own life, to the deeper value, and live from there.

Grab hold of that little spark of light within you and blow it into a blaze or ask God to make it bigger so that you can know what it is, so that you can be more or less continually in contact with it. So that you know what it is despite the adversity and sorrow you see in others, in order that you might preserve that little bit of happiness you have fought for and have gradually learned to see because you know that life is great and is anchored in your heart.

Hence, the importance of every now and then retreating into the silence, consciously going into the silence. Not to radically change yourself but to look around in all directions, without doing anything, just trying to be alert, open, and honest.

This attitude, this attitude of life is important because thereby you can learn to love life as it is, and you can also learn to give to life what you have received from life. There should be a kind of flow between people, a flow of energy."
