The reflective text for this full moon dates back to the Friday morning of January 28, 1994, when a group of young people, aged 16 and 17, attended Geert's lecture on telepathy in a secondary school. All we still have left of that day is Master Morya's message and an entry on a calendar. Meditation for the full moon of 9th June 2017
Master Morya,
Today I would like to talk about renewal, and it's important to understand that renewal means becoming yourself. So, if you think that you should renew yourself by buying new things or by doing new things, then you should realize you are mistaken. You should become yourself. You should express what is in you. Hence, you should not first listen to someone else, you should listen to yourself, and that is quite a task. Go within, look at yourself, listen to yourself, and ask yourself: "Who am I? What have I come to do in this world? What am I doing walking around here and what am I going to do about it?" If you dare to do this - because it takes courage - then you will learn to express yourself, you will become yourself, and you will be renewing yourself.
Therefore, don't try to renew the world, don't try to change the world. Could you change your father? And how about changing your mother? Just try it! And would you dare to change your teacher? I don't think you would have much success in doing any of these things. And yet change should come to the world, and there are constant changes taking place in the world, and you can do this when you work on yourself.
Start changing yourself by going within, and try to do it in such a way so that you are content with yourself, happy with yourself. When you do this you will notice that within a short space of time you will have gone a great distance within your inner self, and then you will say and do things that will amaze others, and you will amaze yourself. Try it, and you'll see that you will quickly be able to achieve great things, bring about great changes in yourself. This is the way of change, this is the path of renewal. This is the road thousands of people are travelling, and it will set you on a path as well, bringing change and more light into your life.
When you have problems, don't talk about them before first thinking them over. If you first think about your problems you will receive light within. Don't just blurt them out because then there will be no light, your light body will stay dim. Light is something you bring into yourself by reflecting, because consciousness grows by reflection. These are simple things and yet they produce an immense reaction in the person that can do this. Give these things some thought.
